Burgess & Harper was founded in 1994 in Penn Road, Wolverhampton.
The team at our Wolverhampton funeral home will provide advice at every stage of the funeral planning process, and will arrange an individual and unique funeral to help you celebrate the life of your loved one. We have our own on-site service venue.
Here at Burgess & Harper Funeral Directors we also offer an affordable prepaid funeral plan, Choice, so that you can arrange and pay for a funeral in advance.
If you would like to talk to us about planning a funeral, or our Choice plan, please come and see us in any of our funeral homes, or if you’d rather we can arrange a home visit. We’re also available 24 hours a day on the phone so if you need anything please don’t hesitate to call your local funeral home.

Over recent years, it has been my privilege to oversee the funeral arrangements and conduct the funerals for many families. Families return to us time and time again and from our first meeting we build a bond that forms lasting friendships and extends our family.
Proudest Moment
Being entrusted by the previous owners Ken Burgess & Peter Harper to conduct my first funeral and having the confidence in me to respect and continue the level of personal care that the Burgess & Harper family founded the business on. With Funeral Partners, I am able to continue and enhance our original traditions.

I love all sports, especially rugby, which I used to play in my younger days, now I confine myself to being a spectator.

Funeral Arranger
I have worked in the funeral Industry for four years in my role as a funeral arranger I find the position a very rewarding and a privilege to help the families at their most vulnerable time in their lives.

In my spare time, I spend a lot of time with my two grandsons, reading and socialising with friends.
